Extremely well built. Very smooth operating. Has many safety features which do not interfere with operating. The staircase in which it was installed is very narrow but it still fits with literally inches to spare.

I would recommend this to anyone who can afford it. It has allowed my mother to remain in her house while she recoups from a pulled meniscus. She was unable to walk up and downstairs in a usual manner even before the injury. She'd have been better off it we had installed this years ago.

The stair lift was delivered to the Fed-Ex Office with no problem. I went and picked it up then, with no problem.
