We can often provide your new chair from a warehouse near you and have it delivered within 4 to 7 business days. If your chair needs to be custom built it may take as much as 12 to 14 business days.

You do not pay any shipping charges on deliveries within the continental US. For deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or other destinations outside the continental US you need to call us for a quote.

Your Pride Wheelchair will arrive fully assembled with the exception of the batteries. A technician will come to your home and install the batteries, show you how to use the chair, and take away the carton. All of this is included in our price.

This service is provided through an agreement with Pride Mobility and Electric Wheelchairs 101. Your factory warranty is not affected in any way by this additonal service.

Your Pride Jazzy comes with a full manufacturer warranty plus a one year in-home service contract paid for by us. Both parts and labor are covered for the first full year you have your Jazzy. If you need service you simply call the Pride Mobility 800 number supplied with your Jazzy. A technician will be scheduled to come repair your Jazzy.

YES.Your Jazzy will arrive with 2 sealed maintenance free batteries. These batteries are FAA/airline approved and can be used on all forms of public transportation.

We have choosen not to be a Medicare provider so we can not file Medicare claims for you. We will provide you with an invoice for the Jazzy and you may file with the appropriate insurance/agency on your own behalf.

All of our Jazzy's are shipped directly from Pride. If you choose a Jazzy that is in stock, it will arrive at your home in 3 to 6 business days.
If your selection is not in stock it will be built for you. Present manufacturing times are 7 to 12 business days. Shipping will take and additional 2 to 7 business days.
