The AmeriGlide Wheelchair Stair Climber enables the safe transport of a person in a standard manual wheelchair up or down stairs. Because the Stair Climber can be used in locations where a vertical platform lift, incline platform lift, or other lift cannot, you can provide accessibility to your public or commercial building at a much lower cost compared to an expensive redesign.

The long-lasting battery that can provide many trips up and down stairs on a single charge. A manual emergency device provides for a safe descent in case of a dead battery. Keyed controls restrict use to trained, authorized operators and the unit can be split into 2 pieces for easier transport from location to location.
