Warranty

Lifetime warranty with the exception of the removable door, which has a 1 year warranty.

SELLER warrants the products manufactured and sold by it to be free from defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal usage and care with a lifetime warranty on the INSERT ONLY (not to include panel door, or sealing mechanism). SELLER'S obligation, at its discretion, and PURCHASER'S sole remedy, in the event of a breach of this warranty, is limited to replacement of the product or refund at the original purchase price. Other than the express warranty provided in this section, SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER WARRANTIES OF TITLE MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY, CHARACTER, SUITABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

DISCLAIMER: The USM Tub Conversion is constructed of tough, durable components to provide the end user with years of trouble-free service. The installation of this product, however, IS NOT WARRANTED. Failure of this device due to improper installation techniques, inadequate or incorrect sealant, or other installation deficiencies, will void the warranty. USM Inc. will not be responsible for personal or property damage caused by failure of this device due to improper installation.
